Condition signals to watch
- Centering — T206s were sheet-cut by hand. Even VG copies frequently run 70/30 or worse.
- Color rub — the red background bleeds and chalks; high-end raw copies retain saturation on all four borders.
- Back stamp — Sweet Caporal and Piedmont are the common backs. Rarer backs (Hindu, El Principe de Gales, etc.) trade as separate cards in the directory.
