Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using grail.app ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Site

Grail provides condition-aware comparable sales data for vintage sports cards. The Site is for informational purposes only. Price data, comp history, and market estimates are not financial or investment advice and should not be treated as such.

Card values fluctuate. We make no guarantees that any card will sell at the prices shown. Use Grail as one input in your own research — not a substitute for it.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to scrape data at scale, reverse-engineer our pricing models, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

User Content

User content features are not yet available. When they are, this section will be updated with terms governing submissions, ownership, and licensing.

Subscription & Dealer Tier

Paid subscription tiers are not yet available. When they launch, this section will detail billing terms, refund policy, and the features included at each tier.

eBay Partner Network Disclosure

Grail participates in the eBay Partner Network. When you click an eBay listing on Grail and complete a qualifying purchase, eBay pays us a small commission. This comes at no additional cost to you — eBay listing prices are set by sellers and are the same whether you arrive via Grail or directly. Our affiliate relationship does not affect which listings we surface, how we rank comps, or any condition or pricing data we display.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the comp engine, design, copy, and data aggregation methodology — is owned by Grail or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, or current. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grail and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including losses from buying or selling cards based on data displayed here.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
