Adrian Matthew Burk (December 14, 1927 – July 28, 2003) was a quarterback and punter who played college football at Baylor University before being selected in the first round of the 1950 NFL Draft. He began his professional career with the Baltimore Colts, starting five games before the franchise folded after a 1–11 season. Burk then joined the Philadelphia Eagles, where he started 12 games in 1951, throwing for 1,329 yards and 14 touchdowns while leading the league in interceptions with 23. He shared the starting role with Bobby Thomason from 1952 onward and later worked as an NFL official after his playing career ended.
