Art Baker (born 1937) is an American former football fullback who played college football at Syracuse, where he was an All-American in a backfield that included Ernie Davis. He played professionally for the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League in 1961 and 1962, leading the team in rushing in 1961 with 498 yards and three touchdowns. He later played four seasons in the Canadian Football League, mainly with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. At Syracuse he was also an NCAA wrestling champion in 1959, the second African-American to win an NCAA wrestling title.
