Behn Wilson

Behn Wilson is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played nine seasons in the NHL for the Philadelphia Flyers and Chicago Black Hawks. Born December 19, 1958, Wilson played junior hockey in the OMJHL with the Ottawa 67's, Windsor Spitfires, and Kingston Canadians before being selected by Philadelphia sixth overall in the 1978 NHL entry draft. He stepped directly into the Flyers lineup in 1978–79, appearing in all 80 games and posting 49 points with 197 penalty minutes — both team rookie records for a defenceman. He was known in his junior career for end-to-end rushes and physical play.
