Bill Curry

Bill Curry (born 1942) is an American former football center who played ten seasons in the National Football League. He starred at Georgia Tech from 1962 to 1964 before playing for the Green Bay Packers (1965-1966), Baltimore Colts (1967-1972), Houston Oilers (1973), and Los Angeles Rams (1974). As a rookie he won the 1965 NFL Championship with Green Bay and was the Packers' starting center in their Super Bowl I victory. He later started at center for the Colts during their 1968 NFL Championship season. After retiring, Curry became a head coach at Georgia Tech (1980-1986), Alabama (1987-1989), where he won an SEC title in 1989, Kentucky (1990-1996), and Georgia State (2008-2012).
