William Martin "Skipper Bill; Muskrat Bill" Shipke (November 18, 1882 – September 10, 1940) was a professional baseball player. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He stood 5'7" and weighed 145 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1906 through 1909, primarily with the Washington Senators in the AL.
