Bob Ewing, given name George Lemuel, known as "Long Bob" (April 24, 1873 – June 20, 1947). He was born in New Hampshire, Ohio and died in Wapakoneta, Ohio. He weighed 170 pounds. He batted and threw right-handed. He debuted in the majors in 1902 and played his last big-league season in 1912, a stretch of 11 seasons, primarily with the Cincinnati Reds of the National League. His full professional career, including the minor leagues, ran from 1897 through 1912.
