Robert Arthur "Steady" Falkenberg (born January 1, 1946) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He appeared in 54 NHL games with the Detroit Red Wings between 1966 and 1971, spending most of that time with Detroit's minor-league affiliates in the AHL and CHL. When the World Hockey Association launched in 1972, Falkenberg joined the Alberta Oilers for its inaugural season and remained a consistent presence on the blue line, playing through the franchise's rename to Edmonton Oilers before finishing his WHA career with the San Diego Mariners. He played 378 WHA games across five-plus seasons before retiring in 1977–78.
