Bob Grim

Robert Lee Grim (born May 8, 1945) was a wide receiver in the National Football League from 1967 to 1977. He played high school football at Red Bluff High School and college football at Oregon State University, where as a sophomore in 1964 he started at left end and helped the Beavers reach the 1965 Rose Bowl. The Minnesota Vikings selected him with a second-round pick acquired in the trade that sent Fran Tarkenton to New York. Grim spent five seasons in Minnesota, helping the Vikings win the 1969 NFL championship and reach Super Bowl IV. He later played three seasons with the New York Giants and one with the Chicago Bears.
