Robert Allan Connors (October 19, 1902 - July 27, 1931) was a Scottish-born Canadian ice hockey left winger and defenceman who played 78 games in the National Hockey League between 1926 and 1930 with the Detroit Cougars and New York Americans. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, he was raised in Port Arthur, Ontario. He moved to Detroit in 1927-28, finding early success on the Cougars' top line alongside Herbie Lewis and Larry Aurie. Connors died in the summer of 1931 of a broken neck after diving into shallow water near Port Arthur, Ontario.
