Ernest Charles "Butch" Deadmarsh (born April 5, 1950) is a Canadian left winger who was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the second round, 15th overall, of the 1970 NHL amateur draft — the second player in franchise history drafted, behind Gil Perreault. He began his professional career with the Salt Lake Golden Eagles of the Western Hockey League before making his NHL debut with Buffalo. He went on to play for the Atlanta Flames and Kansas City Scouts in the NHL, and also competed in the World Hockey Association with the Vancouver Blazers, Calgary Cowboys, Minnesota Fighting Saints, Edmonton Oilers, and Cincinnati Stingers.
