Cecil James "Cece" Browne (February 13, 1896 – August 13, 1985) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He appeared in 13 games for the Chicago Black Hawks during the 1927–28 NHL season, scoring two goals before an injury ended his stint and sent him back to Winnipeg. Browne won the AHA Scoring Championship in 1927 and was later named Manitoba's Athlete of the Century in 1970. He is an honoured member of the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame and was inducted into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in 1980.
