Claud Rossman (June 17, 1881 – January 16, 1928). A native of Philmont, New York, he died in Poughkeepsie, New York. Standing 6-foot-0 and listed at 188 pounds, batted left-handed and threw left. He worked the major leagues from 1904 through 1909, spending the bulk of his career with the Detroit Tigers of the American League. His professional career stretched from 1903 to 1916, bracketing his big-league time with seasons in the minors at both ends. His pre-war card record spans E97 Briggs Lozenges, and T206 White Border. He is interred at Mellenville Union Cemetery in Mellenville, New York.
