DeWitt "Tex" Coulter (October 26, 1924 – October 2, 2007) was a professional football player who attended the United States Military Academy, where he competed in football and the shot put. He played in the National Football League for the New York Giants and also played in the Interprovincial Rugby Football Union with the Montreal Alouettes.
