Richard Mattiussi (born May 1, 1938) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who spent the bulk of his career in the AHL before earning 200 NHL games across the Pittsburgh Penguins and Oakland/California Seals during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Known as a hard-nosed grinder in the corners, he recorded 8 goals, 31 assists, and 39 points at the NHL level. After retiring as a player, he moved into coaching, leading the Rochester Americans of the AHL during the 1975 and 1976 seasons.
