Richard Thomas O'Keefe (born September 29, 1923, in San Francisco, California) was a professional basketball player who competed in the BAA and NBA during the late 1940s and early 1950s. He played college basketball at Santa Clara and briefly with the Pacific Tigers before serving in World War II, then returned to finish his senior year with the Broncos in 1946–47. Washington Capitols selected him ninth overall in the 1947 BAA Draft. He played four seasons with the Capitols until the franchise folded from the NBA in 1951, then rejoined the team in the American Basketball League before that league dissolved in January 1952.
