Edward Arthur Brandt (1905–1944) was a left-handed pitcher who spent eleven seasons in Major League Baseball from 1928 to 1938. After starting his professional career with the Seattle Indians of the Pacific Coast League, he joined the Boston Braves in 1928. Brandt became one of the team's most reliable starters, leading the Braves in innings pitched each season from 1931 to 1934 and winning at least 15 games in each of those years. He later played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Pittsburgh Pirates before retiring in 1939.
