Eddie Lee McQuarters (born April 16, 1943) played defensive tackle in the Canadian Football League for the Saskatchewan Roughriders from 1966 to 1974. A product of the University of Oklahoma, he was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 18th round of the 1965 NFL Draft but was released after one season. McQuarters spent his entire nine-year CFL career with Saskatchewan, earning CFL All-Star honors in 1967, 1968, and 1969 and winning the CFL's Most Outstanding Lineman Award in 1967. He was part of the Roughriders' 1966 Grey Cup championship team. He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1988.
