Eddie Bell (born September 13, 1946) is an American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League from 1970 to 1976. He played college football at Idaho State, where he was a first-team All-American in 1969 and set a national single-season record with 96 receptions for 1,522 yards and 21 touchdowns. The New York Jets selected him in the ninth round of the 1970 NFL draft, and he spent six seasons with the team from 1970 to 1975 before finishing his career with the San Diego Chargers in 1976. Over his NFL career he recorded 118 receptions for 1,774 yards and 12 touchdowns, averaging 15.0 yards per reception. After football he worked as an officer with the Los Angeles Police Department and later pursued acting.
