Eddie Biedenbach

Edward Joseph Biedenbach was born on August 12, 1945, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He played basketball at North Carolina State University, where he earned first-team All-ACC honors twice. Biedenbach was selected by the St. Louis Hawks in the 9th round of the 1967 NBA Draft and by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 4th round of the 1968 NBA Draft. He appeared in seven games for the Phoenix Suns during the 1968–69 season. After his playing career, he served as an assistant coach on the 1973–74 NC State team that won the NCAA championship.
