Edward Dario Mio (born January 31, 1954) is a Canadian goaltender who played professionally from 1977 to 1986. He attended Colorado College from 1972 to 1976, earning first- and second-team all-star honors and making the NCAA West first all-American team in consecutive years. Drafted by both the NHL's Chicago Black Hawks and the WHA's Vancouver Blazers in 1974, Mio passed through the minor leagues before joining the WHA's Indianapolis Racers in 1977. He was part of the November 1978 trade that sent Wayne Gretzky and Peter Driscoll to the Edmonton Oilers. Mio went on to play for the Oilers, New York Rangers, and Detroit Red Wings in the NHL.
