Edward Cole Oatman (June 10, 1889 – November 5, 1973) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player born in Springford, Ontario. Over a 32-year career spanning 1907 to 1939, Oatman earned ten consecutive all-star selections from the Pacific Coast Hockey Association and was a member of the Quebec Bulldogs when they won the 1912 Stanley Cup. He played on five league championship clubs in total and served as coach and captain for five different teams. His brother Russell also played professional hockey. Oatman later returned to Springford, where he worked as a barber.
