George Glenn "Farmer" Bell (November 2, 1874 – December 25, 1941). A native of Greenwood, New York, he died in New York, New York. Standing 6-foot-0 and listed at 195 pounds, batted right-handed and threw right. He worked the major leagues from 1907 through 1911, spending the bulk of his career with the Brooklyn Robins of the National League. His professional career stretched from 1902 to 1915, bracketing his big-league time with seasons in the minors at both ends. His pre-war card record spans E254 Colgan's Chips, E90-1 American Caramel, T204 Ramly, and T206 White Border. He is interred at Lakeland Memorial Gardens in Lakeland, Florida. The remains were removed from Lake Luzerne Cemetery in Lake Luzerne New York in 1962.
