George Redding

George Redding (March 6, 1900 – October 17, 1974) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left wing who played 33 games for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League over the 1924-25 and 1925-26 seasons. The remainder of his playing career, which ran from 1921 to 1932, was spent in various minor leagues. On one occasion he filled in as the Bruins' goaltender after regular netminder Hec Fowler was injured, allowing one goal in ten minutes. Later in life he coached the Hamilton Tigers in the OHA Senior A League, reaching the 1946 Allan Cup finals.
