George Bevan "Bo" Strickland (January 10, 1926 – February 21, 2010) was a professional baseball infielder from New Orleans, Louisiana who spent ten seasons in Major League Baseball with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cleveland Indians from 1950 to 1960. A shortstop at S.J. Peters High School — where Mel Parnell was a teammate — Strickland signed with the New Orleans Pelicans, a Brooklyn Dodgers farm club, in 1943 before his career was interrupted by U.S. Navy service in Saipan. He later served twice as Cleveland's interim manager during the 1960s. He was a cousin of infielder Hal Bevan.
