Gordon Arthur "Red" Berenson (born December 8, 1939) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played junior hockey with the Regina Pats, appearing in Memorial Cups in 1956 and 1958. He represented Canada on the 1959 world champion Belleville McFarlands before attending the University of Michigan, where he earned All-American honors and led the NCAA with 43 goals in his final season. Berenson signed with the Montreal Canadiens and was part of their 1965 Stanley Cup-winning squad before later joining the St. Louis Blues. He coached the Michigan Wolverines from 1984 to 2017 and was inducted into Canada's Sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
