Gordon Calvin Coleman (1934–1994) was an American professional baseball first baseman who played nine Major League seasons with the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. A native of Rockville, Maryland, Coleman contributed to the Reds' 1961 National League pennant-winning club. In 1966, he led all of Major League Baseball with a .368 batting average as a pinch-hitter. Over his career, Coleman appeared in 773 games, hitting 98 home runs and driving in 387 runs with a .273 career batting average. He was inducted into the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame in 1972.
