Grady Hatton (October 7, 1922 – April 11, 2013) was a professional baseball third baseman and second baseman who played 12 seasons in the major leagues. Born in Beaumont, Texas, and educated at the University of Texas at Austin, Hatton entered the majors in 1946 with Cincinnati after military service in the Army Air Forces, bypassing the minor leagues entirely. He spent six consecutive seasons as the Reds' regular third baseman, batting left-handed while throwing right. Over 1,312 career games, he posted a .254 average with 91 home runs and 1,068 hits across six clubs, including the White Sox, Red Sox, Cardinals, Orioles, and Cubs.
