Gregory Brezina (born January 7, 1946) is an American football linebacker who played twelve seasons with the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. Raised in Louise, Texas, he played college football for the Houston Cougars, where he and his five brothers all played. Over his NFL career he recorded 12 interceptions and 14 fumble recoveries, the latter a Falcons all-time record. He led the NFL with five fumble recoveries in 1969, the year of his only Pro Bowl selection, and led the team in tackles on four occasions. He was a member of the 1977 Falcons "Gritz Blitz" defense that set an NFL record for fewest points allowed in a 14-game season.
