Gregory John Carroll (born November 10, 1956) is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre. Drafted in 1976 by both the Washington Capitals (NHL) and the Cincinnati Stingers (WHA), Carroll chose the WHA, playing for the Stingers and the New England Whalers before signing with Washington. He went on to play for the Detroit Red Wings and Hartford Whalers as well. Carroll was named to the WCHL Second All-Star Team in 1976.
