Héctor Headley López Swainson (July 8, 1929 – September 29, 2022) was a Panamanian professional baseball player who spent his Major League career with the Kansas City Athletics and New York Yankees from 1955 to 1966. A left fielder and third baseman, he divided his time between infield and outfield, serving as a reliable utility presence on the Yankees teams of the early 1960s alongside Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle. He won back-to-back World Series titles with New York in 1961 and 1962. After retiring, he became the first Black manager at the Triple-A level.
