Hank Ciesla (October 15, 1934 – April 22, 1976) was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward born in St. Catharines, Ontario. He played 269 games in the National Hockey League with the Chicago Black Hawks and New York Rangers. Ciesla entered the NHL after his rights were traded to Chicago by Buffalo of the AHL in 1955, and was later dealt to New York in 1957 in exchange for Ron Murphy.
