Harold "Harry" Helman (August 28, 1894 – April 22, 1971) was a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger born in Ottawa, Ontario. He played senior hockey in the Ottawa City Hockey League before joining the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League in 1922. Helman spent three seasons with the Senators, primarily in a substitute role, and was a member of the 1923 Stanley Cup championship team. He left professional hockey after the 1924–25 season, later returning for one season with the Saskatoon Sheiks in 1926–27.
