Henry Childs

Henry Childs (April 16, 1951 – June 3, 2016) was a tight end in the National Football League who played for the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, Los Angeles Rams, and Green Bay Packers. He earned a Pro Bowl selection in 1979 and was inducted into the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame in 1994. Childs died on June 3, 2016, in Thomasville, Georgia, at age 65. He was among the NFL players posthumously diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
