John Wesley Asselstine (June 2, 1895 – November 2, 1966) was a Canadian professional ice hockey right wing. Between 1922 and 1924 he played for the Saskatoon Sheiks and Regina Capitals of the Western Canada Hockey League and the Vancouver Maroons of the Pacific Coast Hockey Association. He stood 5 feet 11 inches, weighed 155 pounds, and shot right-handed.
