John James "Jack" Caffery (June 30, 1934 – December 2, 1992) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who appeared in 57 National Hockey League games during the 1950s, splitting his time between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins. His brother Terry Caffery also played professional hockey.
