Jack Concannon (February 25, 1943 – November 28, 2005) was a professional football quarterback who played in the NFL from the 1960s into the 1970s. A Boston College product, he spent time with five franchises over his career: the Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, and Detroit Lions. Before focusing on quarterback, Concannon played both halfback and quarterback in college and was also a baseball pitcher at Boston College.
