Jacob Ralph Kupp (born March 12, 1941) was an offensive guard in the National Football League who played college football at the University of Washington, where he was part of two Rose Bowl teams. Dallas selected him in the ninth round (116th overall) of the 1964 NFL Draft as a tight end, but he was converted to offensive guard during training camp and earned a spot on the NFL All-Rookie team after starting ten games at left guard. He went on to start all fourteen games at left guard the following season before being traded to Washington in 1966. He also played for the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints.
