Jesse Whittenton

Jesse Whittenton (May 9, 1934 – May 21, 2012) was a professional football player who spent nine seasons as a cornerback in the National Football League, primarily with the Green Bay Packers. He played college football for the Texas Western Miners, now known as the UTEP Miners. Whittenton was inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. After his football career, he competed on the Senior PGA Tour in the late 1980s, recording a best finish of T-21 at the 1989 Showdown Classic.
