James P. Andreotti (1938–2022) was an American football player from Illinois who played college football at Northwestern University, earning All-American honors, first-team All-Big Ten recognition, and the team's Most Valuable Player award. Drafted by the Detroit Lions in the fourth round of the 1960 NFL Draft, he went on to play professionally in the Canadian Football League with the Toronto Argonauts and Montreal Alouettes.
