Jim Evenson (January 9, 1947 – January 30, 2008) was an American professional football running back who played college football at the University of Oregon before spending seven seasons in the Canadian Football League with the British Columbia Lions and Ottawa Rough Riders. He won the Eddie James Memorial Trophy in 1971 and was a member of Ottawa's 1973 Grey Cup championship team. Evenson closed his career with the Portland Thunder of the WFL, rushing for 439 yards on 99 carries with one touchdown and adding 18 receptions for 108 yards.
