Jiří Holík (born July 9, 1944) was a Czech professional ice hockey player who spent the bulk of his career with HC Dukla Jihlava in the Czechoslovak Elite League, where he played fifteen seasons beginning in 1963. His best offensive seasons came in 1968–69 (28 goals) and 1969–70 (40 points). A longtime member of the Czechoslovakia national team, he earned medals at the 1964, 1968, 1972, and 1976 Winter Olympics and participated in the 1976 Canada Cup. He later played in Germany and Austria before retiring after the 1980–81 season. Holík was inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame in 1999.
