Joseph Henry "Bad Joe" Hall (1881–1919) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman born in Staffordshire, England, who emigrated to Canada as a child and settled in Brandon, Manitoba. He played senior and professional hockey from 1902 to 1919, earning his nickname for an aggressive style that defined his career. Hall won the Stanley Cup three times — twice with the Quebec Bulldogs and once with the Kenora Thistles.
