Joseph Peter Tereshinski III (born July 23, 1983) played quarterback at the University of Georgia, where he was a third-generation Bulldogs football player. At Athens Academy in Georgia, he threw for 2,100 yards and 17 touchdowns in his senior season before enrolling at UGA. He appeared in six games during the 2005 season, most notably starting against Florida and catching a touchdown pass from tailback Thomas Brown — Georgia's only score in a 14–10 defeat. After his playing career, Tereshinski coached at Wake Forest before joining Charlotte as inside receivers coach and recruiting coordinator in 2012, remaining with the 49ers program through 2017.
