John Brodie Croyle (born February 6, 1983) was a quarterback who played college football at the University of Alabama from 2002 to 2005. During his four seasons with the Crimson Tide, he set numerous school passing records and was a finalist for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award. Croyle led Alabama to the 2006 Cotton Bowl Classic and was named the game's offensive MVP. The Kansas City Chiefs selected him in the third round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He shared starting duties with Damon Huard in 2007 and made his first NFL start on November 18 of that year against the Indianapolis Colts.
