John Grisdale

John Russell Grisdale (born August 23, 1948) is a retired professional ice hockey defenceman who played 250 games in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Vancouver Canucks. Before turning professional, he played three seasons at Michigan Technological University, recording 11 goals and 41 assists in 94 games with the Huskies and earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1971. He also played in the minor Central Hockey League before retiring in 1979. Grisdale was inducted into the Michigan Technological University Athletics Hall of Fame in 1997.
