John Felix Rowser (born April 24, 1944, in Birmingham, Alabama) was a defensive back in the National Football League for ten seasons. He played college football at the University of Michigan under head coach Bump Elliott from 1963 to 1966, lining up at cornerback and halfback. Green Bay selected him in the third round of the 1967 NFL/AFL draft, and as a rookie he was part of the Packers' Super Bowl II championship squad — Vince Lombardi's final title. Rowser also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos before his professional career concluded.
