José Milages Tartabull Guzmán (born November 27, 1938) is a Cuban-born outfielder who played in Major League Baseball from 1962 to 1970 with the Kansas City/Oakland Athletics and the Boston Red Sox. A center fielder known for his speed, Tartabull made his MLB debut on April 10, 1962, entering Opening Day in the ninth inning for Kansas City. In his rookie season he appeared in 107 games, batting .277 with 19 stolen bases. He recorded his first career home run on August 11, 1963, off Barry Latman at Cleveland Stadium.
