Juan Ramón Pizarro ("Terín"; February 7, 1937 – February 18, 2021) was a Puerto Rican right-handed pitcher who spent 18 seasons in Major League Baseball across nine teams from 1957 through 1974. Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, he began his career in 1955 with the Cangrejeros de Santurce and earned Winter League MVP honors with the Criollos de Caguas in 1957–58. He was selected to the MLB All-Star Game in 1963 and 1964, his best season coming in 1964 when he went 19–9 with four shutouts for the Chicago White Sox. He later played in the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
